A one-time standalone lesson – ideal for getting started, having a trial or occasional refreshers.
Bundled packages – enjoy savings and more predictable progress.
Half-term or full-term packages – reserve your regular slot long-term for the deepest discounts and uninterrupted learning.

Booking and Cancellation Policies
Scheduling rules, including how time slots are reserved and cancellation policies, are outlined here:
Bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to the lesson start time.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance via the booking form, email, or direct message. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows (failure to attend without any notice) will be charged in full.
Lessons cancelled due to inclement weather (at the instructor’s discretion) or with at least 12 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded.
For half-term or full-term packages, lessons falling on a public holiday will either be refunded/cancelled or a makeup lesson offered (subject to availability).
Makeup lessons are subject to availability, can only be booked within 30 days of the original lesson, and are non-transferable.
Illness or medical cancellations: A medical certificate may be requested for full credit or refund consideration in cases of extended illness.
Repeated cancellations: Three or more cancellations within a 4-week period may result in the loss of the regular time slot or require switching to a casual booking basis.
Full payment is required before the lesson commences.
All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy. Makeup lessons or credits are offered at the instructor’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
